Shipping Options

We ship locally within the USA and internationally. You may choose standard or express shipping if available, depending on the items in your order and your location. Please note that tracking may not be available in certain regions.

Shipping Address

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Deliveries cannot be made to security-restricted areas such as military bases.
We recommend including a valid email and phone number for delivery updates and carrier contact if needed.

Shipping Time & Costs

  1. Once your order has been paid and confirmed, the estimated shipping cost and delivery time will appear on your confirmation page. You’ll also receive an email with details about order processing.

  2. Our warehouse typically processes orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll be notified as soon as your order ships.

  3. When your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment notification with tracking details and an updated delivery estimate. You can also view tracking information anytime under your order history.

  4. Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time-frame. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, flight schedules, customs). For the most accurate updates, please check your tracking link.

Delivery Issues

If your package hasn’t arrived, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of your order date. For further guidance, see our [Policies Page].

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense, unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
