We're thrilled that you've chosen our products and we want you to be delighted with your purchase!

 

If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from date of receipt of merchandise except creative paws digital products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

We're confident that you'll love our products, but if you don't, we're here to make it right!

Policies

Returns -

Pawducts

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense, unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition.

Damaged Items -

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

Shipping charges on orders are not refundable.

 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Silly BG does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. 

In the event that you have mistakenly returned an item to Silly BG that was not purchased from Silly BG, please contact Customer Service via email (support@sillybghub.com) as soon as possible. While we will attempt to assist you with locating and recovering the non-Silly BG item, Silly BG can not be held responsible for replacing, returning or otherwise compensating you for any non-Silly BG items that you may have accidentally sent to Silly BG.

Creative Paws Art design can not be cancelled and not refundable.

Refunds -

Pawducts

Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
